I usually throw some breasts in the crock pot with some rotel and then after 6 hours it shreds up easily and i use it for tacos or sometimes I just eat it plain...it adds a nice kick. I also used red hot wing sauce and a packet of dry ranch seasoning....all the flavor of hot wings and not near the calories

I buy the ones that are not tofu...they are zero calories. I like them even better. I get them at the asian market. I even have my family eating them.

I use fat free whipped cream instead of frosting and it cuts the calories down a lot.

shiritaki noodles (calorie free) with spicy schezwan sauce...then I put stir fry veggies with extra broccoli (my favorite) and thinly sliced chicken breast...and you can also add teryaki sauce to it. 343 calories for two cups of the stir fry and a whole 7.5 ounce pack of noodles
