In The Apple Crisp
I found an idea on pinterest for in the apple pies and just changed it a bit. Amounts of cinnamon/sweetener,types of apple etc. can easily be changed but this is how I liked it
Healthy, filling dessert 256 calories.

4 Med size Granny Smith Apples
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup B. Sugar
1 Tbs Stevia
1/2 C. quick oats
1/2 C. Whole wheat flour
3 Tbs. Brummel Brown marg w/ yogurt (this is just my preference for brand, use whatever)
Cut the tops off the apples, scoop out insides carefully usinga melon baller
Coat apple balls and extra apple from tops w/ the cinnamon, brown sugar, and stevia
Fill the apples with apple ball mix, put extra in pan around the apples
Mix flour, oatmeal, and butter till crumbly and top apples
Bake at 350 for 25-30 min or until apple chunks are soft
Serving size is 1 apple plus 1/4 of the extra apples
