  • usually I try to stay within all of my dietary limits, but I really don't sweat it if I go over, especially since protein helps build muscle. the only things I really focus on and try really hard not to go over is sugar and calories and fat in general.   • If you're not losing weight then you're probably not eating enough, and when I'm hungry, I eat anyway. The important thing is just to make sure that if you'r enot hungry you don't eat!
