Bad day yesterday

Started off good! Went to curves after work and did an extra half around the circut. Then decided what the heck, I need more cardio and went around again on the recovery stations jogging. So I got an extra 15 minutes in. Woohoo!! But my honey was working on his dad's truck with a friend and calls to tell me friend is staying for dinner. I was going to have leftovers. Well Now I had to order pizza. What did I do? I rodered our fav and figured I would have a bite of his. Nope I ended up eating 2 pieces. Not good. I am glad I did the extra carido yesterday and I am glad I am still feeling sick to remind me not to do that again. Moral od the sotry, if the family wants convience for dinner make sure you order something that you DO NOT LIKE!! Today will be a better day!!!

ugh i do that everytime! i love pizza it's like my weakness. if i want pizza.. i buy our own crust and my fiance makes his half and i make my half. so he gets what he wants and i get what i want!0

I ate 4 slices of pizza last night, and hostess cupcakes:noway: , everyone keeps saying it's easier after you stick to it for two weeks, but I haven't made it two days in a row yet! Ugh! Am I ever going to get past this?! :grumble:

It totally happens! For those of us who don't always have an Iron-Will, (myself included:)) sometimes it's best not to surround yourself with temptation!
I went to our fav. pizza place last week, ate 2 pieces and a salad (great!) but then kinda blew it later when I had 2 more because they were just that good.:ohwell:
Nothing to beat yourself up over!
And manganello16, you will get past it! It took me a loooonnnnggg time of trying to get through a day, but once I really was conscious of how I felt after I ate too much or unhealthy, then it started to click. I didn't want that for life for myself any more.
Great job you guys! Keep it up.

I have had weeks where I cannot make it two days in a row...
Thats when i have to take a serious look at me. It sucks and is exhausting and frustrating and disappointing sometimes... but once you do it, it feels better.0 -
Ive heard it said that this is a process. Even a good decision on any given day is progress. Its a life change and it will take a WHILE! Hang in there everyone!
The reason im so postive is because recently I fell off "the wagon". Now im back on and it didn't take month or year. I figured out what the problem was and I took care of it. I still had some of the good choices going on. I was eating bad but still exercising.
