I use a Polar HRM, even then I subtract from that so as to not overestimate.

I just did the ab and arms exercise today for the first time...and could not finish it. I found the cardio one (legs and arms) to be a lot more manageable. I had to take numerous few second breaks in between and only managed to do each circuit once. Did anyone else have issues with it when doing it for the first time?

Yeah, I started it yesterday. I did find it on Reddit for free and so far am enjoying it.

I wouldn't necessarily call it a plateau solely because it's only been a week, and I realize weightloss slows down after a few weeks but it's only been about 10 days. I've been eating 1200 calories and only once did I go up to 1800 net.

I had a cup of black coffee this morning, and two more iced coffees in the afternoon. Also, to the first poster, I realise how silly my post sounded, but seeing as I've been eating much less than I normally do, I'm not as hungry as I would typically be and am fuller a lot quicker than usual.
