Eating 1200 -1350 calories a day but still getting headaches and feeling weak
For the past 7 days, I've been eating 1200-1350 (sometimes 1400), however, I'm still feeling very weak. For the past three days I've been doing HIIT and burning 400-500 calories per session, however, I try not to eat all of those calories back. Could someone take a loot at my diary and tell me why this could be? Granted…

Is consuming 1200 calories a day too little?
At the moment, since losing weight, my BMR is 1656 on the Fit2Fat tools, and 1536 (MFP). For the past month, I've been eating approximately 1200 calories a day. However, yesterday, I wasn't very hungry at all, and only managed 850 which I know is terrible. It left me with a crazy headache this morning. I've eaten some…

Why have I stopped losing weight all of a sudden?
I lost 9lbs in less than a week, I realize it's mostly water weight. However, I've been doing the exact same thing as before, and I've gained a pound since then. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. I've been weighing all my food and even overestimating my calories. Is there anything I can do to help this plateau go away?…

Eating 1200 calories a day...and getting massive headaches.
On days where I work out, I eat a lot more as I typically burn 500-650 calories on those days and follow what MFP says (I eat most of those back). However, seeing as I haven't had time to work out the last 3 days, I've only been eating 1200 calories, but I've been getting constant headaches at night. I do overestimate my…

Average heart rate of 191 while exercising?
I weigh 186 and I'm 5ft2, I'm 20 years old and recently got a polar FT7 HRM. Yesterday I did about 40 mins with an average heart rate of 185 and burned 550. Today I did 53 minutes, again on the elliptix at a crossramp of. 11-15 (intervals) and a resistance of 8. My average heart rate today was 191 with a maximum of 199. I…

MFP says I have 919 calories remaining...already ate 1250
It says I have a net of 281 (my BMR is 1650). Should I stick to eating just 1250 or so or should I go by what MFP says? I'm looking to lose about 2lbs a week. 5 I burned 750 today working out.

How Accurate is the Polar FT7?
I just bought mine today, however, I have 60 days to return it if I'd like a higher end model (FT40). Before I go around to using it first thing tomorrow, is there anything I should know about the accuracy? Should I deduct a certain percentage of calories? How accurate is it? Thank you!
