MFP says I have 919 calories remaining...already ate 1250

It says I have a net of 281 (my BMR is 1650). Should I stick to eating just 1250 or so or should I go by what MFP says? I'm looking to lose about 2lbs a week. 5

I burned 750 today working out.

    Eat the remaining calories if you're sure your exercise burn is correct. Eat most of them if you aren't sure if your exercise burn is correct.

    I rarely eat back calories burned during exercise - the weight and inches are slowly coming off. If you are hungry, eat something, preferably something with high protein and low carbs.

    I would eat at least half of the calories back---that's a very low net
