i always tell people i'm 60 inches of fury!!!! i'm around 129 now and want to get to 120 by May. it's so hard to pick a goal weight when you are short! i can't be 90 pounds but i also can't be 140!!!

this sounds like my life lately!! i was just thinking that today. i got about 1 pound away from my goal and just started slacking off. well i gained 4 pounds! it's not devestating but it still is a sign i need to get back on my tracking and get back in the gym!!!! so let's do this before the holidays roll…

I'm in!!!! I did the April challenge was horrible about checking in, but I just realized today I went an ENTIRE MONTH without eating, Taco Bell, McDonald's, BK!!! my fave!!! as for weight loss i find that if i use it to replace mayo or cheese it's better for me. also the healthy fat in it keeps you fuller longer. avocados are the bomb!!

of course!! not as many as cardio per minute but it definitely does and there's the after burn!! plus i love how it makes me feel smaller and firmer, so i say keep it up you'll be adding cardio again when you feel it.

i would like to know this too! i swear there was some threads on here about cutting calories and weight lifting....something about you cannot gain muscle while cutting calories. i would love some input on this!! just started lifting and my arms are like jello!!!
