if i want to lose 1 pound a week i am set for 1200. i am 5 feet tall. i can't do that low and i don't have a lot i want to lose so i am now at 1450. it's more doable for me :flowerforyou: good luck ps it comes off slow if you don't have a lot to lose so i try to focus on fitness/water/calories goal :drinker:
