if you were gaining then that wasn't your true maintenance calorie level. you have to really play around with your numbers to find the right one. good luck!

put your shoes on go out your door and set your timer for 10 minutes. tell yourself that if you want to quit when your timer goes off you can! I bet you'll keep going :laugh: ps I do this for lots of stuff...cleaning, laundry, mail/bills I have to trick myself at times but hey whatever works :drinker:

I weigh everyday. I put in on a graph so I can see the overall trends. Also (just started doing this recently) I average the weigh ins every 10 days. My weight fluctuates so much that 10 seems to be the magic number for me. I also take my measurements every 10 days. That helps tremendously to keep me motivated and on…

maybe a little but what you would be more likely to feel are the lats ( latissimus dorsi) the obliques do wrap around your sides but I think in regards to function/action the lower part of the lats would be more dominant
