Thanks so much!! :flowerforyou: Sorry for the long reply time! What I'll do is eat 1400 and exercise (get all sweaty!) and aim to burn 500ish, possibly eat some and I'll do weights. NO junk!! And plenty of water... I'll tell you how it went after! Thnaks again!!!!! :drinker:

has gotten confused!! I am a female, 5'3, 136lbs, 18 yrs and my BMR is 1369....
