I'm in the same boat. I eat healthy and workout but the weight seems to stay on, luckily I was able to lose some but I'm back at a standstill

Ouch! Okay no marathon for me then until next November which is when I originally planned mine. I definitely don't need any more ankle injuries

Ohh I really didn't want to hear that! It's mainly my mind that makes me stop at 2 because it keeps telling me I cant do it, but I did just sprain my ankle Thursday. I ran a mile yesterday though without it causing a problem

Haha I agree with you that most of it is in my head. Once I set a goal I hate feeling like I'm behind where I'm suppose to be so I'm pretty sure I do psych myself out before I even get far into it.

I have a hard time doing anything while running haha I can kinda talk at best. What are the better tasting gel packs?

I don't think I could've even ran a 5k without breakfast haha. And I heard those gel packs taste awful, I don't know if I could overcome the taste and texture just to get energy!

I went to visit my family in El Paso and my nana called me lazy. She's a very blunt woman and it pissed me off so I hit the gym and the next time I visited her I was 30 pounds lighter and didn't go a day without going to the gym while there even though I got lost everytime.
