I wish there was a magical cure for this! One thing I do is pre-plan but then also reflect the next day and write down three things I did well and one thing I need to improve on. It really helps keep my head in the game!

Waxing = ew! Laser hair removal is the ticket...it barely hurts at all and the hair loss is virtually permanent. SOOOOOO worth the money. I have my underarms and bikini line done.

The main sources of protein I eat are egg whites, lean ground chicken or turkey, shrimp (cheap when bought frozen), white fish, and boneless, skinless, chicken thighs. I mostly buy all of my meats in the family packs and then portion them out into ziplocks and freeze them. I find shopping this way really keeps my grocery…

I'm a runner and will be completing my first half marathon on August 11 but I am SLOW! I have not yet been able to bust through that 30 min mark for a 5k so hopefully this will be the month!!! (Closest I've come is 30:30...so close!!)
