Friends to share recipe ideas
Hiya. My food plan is to move away from processed foods, add tons more fresh fruits and veggies. I'm trying to eat more fish and chicken than lean steak. When I eat carbs, I'm choosing only whole grains when possible. Also am adding in some of those good fats ie. olives, avocados, nuts, etc.
I'm looking for friends who are on the same track and want to share food ideas for meals and snacks and Recipes, too.

Also I just started up a blog: therunaweighgourmet.com Its getting a makeover this weekend and then I will be launching it for real because its a little ugly right now. Nonetheless, check it out if you like! I try to post lots of recipes that contain "real" foods and limit processed carbs etc.
