It was really hard (I had been tracking consistently for over a year) but it put me in the right mindset when I came back this week! Good luck.   • I exercise anywhere between 3-5 days a week. I find that it makes me feel calm and accomplished and that I've been sleeping better. I do cardio every day that I work out, and lift at least 3 days a week. I almost always take an entire weekend day off, and the other day I'll adjust based on how I feel - yoga or more cardio.
