Yeah log the calories. Eat less.....drink more :drinker: I tend to drink vodka and sprite zero or diet orange soda. It's fewer calories and gets the job done faster. I won't give it up to lose weight. I just try to get a little exercise in and log the calories. Veggie burgers are really low in calories and kashi cereal…

I don't know if there is any food worth losing the ability to move. But if I was blind in the short-term while drinking alcohol I might not be tempted to drive home. I LOVE this post! :flowerforyou:

Hey. Sorry to hear about you and your hubby. I actually just went through a divorce in April. Safe to say I know how you feel. I'm on here because there are some things I need to do to feel better about myself. I'm assuming you are right there with me. I think we can do this.
