Pretty people problems.

Ohhh, that time is awful for me too! I've been chewing gum on the way home lately. Gives my mouth something to do other than me putting food I don't need to eat in it!

I have this inner conflict all the time even tho: 1. My husband is great & doesn't mind. 2. I spend plenty of time with them regularly. 2. My kids are 16 & 12! They don't want me around all the time. So, that's just it. It's an INNER conflict. Totally my own and I have to push past it. I realize that yours are younger but…

LOVE THIS! I found this about a month ago. I egg, 1/2 an avocado, dash of light mayo & dash of lemon juice. So yummy.

^^This. Or this is a good motto:

MAIL IT! It will give you inspiration & motivation. But don't stress- it's not a failure if you can't/don't run the whole time. This weekend, I just completed my 4th since last fall and this was the only one I DIDN'T walk.
-
Oh no! That's sad. Are you ok? Stop drop and roll. Wait. That's not right. Not sure what to do to help. Did somebody call a Wambulance?

Interesting convo. I need to get back to the doctor one of these days. I was diagnosed with Graves disease after my 1st kid. My thyroid was I was hyper until after I had my 2nd kid & then it leveled out and has been in the "normal" range for years. The weight thing for me is not really the issue (just needed exercise &…

I did C25k last year because I couldn't even run a block! Good job on getting so far. There is a group for C25k you should join... Hopefully this link works. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/show/47-couch-to-5k-running-program-c25k-

I realize that sounded like a generalized statement. Sorry, I guess assumed that if people read my whole post they would have seen some sarcasm. I wrote below that I in fact, get on the scale daily. But, I can, like you, can handle the ups & downs. My advice was actually to not worry about the little daily numbers like…

Weighing yourself everyday is BAD! ok, I totally do it. Not sure why. I shouldn't because I don't weigh & measure my food or even eat that well half the time. I guess for me it's way to keep myself in check BUT I'm able to put those .2s & .6s in perspective. You can't worry about that small of a number from day to day. You…

@cmcollins001- "Orange peanut!" Bahahahahaha. I ♥ you.
-
In for Princess Bride. Anybody want a peanut?

I'm in because I ate a f***ing pint of Phish Food this week. Oh and because I'm pretty sure that since I changed to a booty profile pic and have been posting in snarky threads, my very nice sweet movitational mom friends are going to leave me. :(

Maybe she's constipated? Eat more ruffage.

Everyone has bad runs. I completed C25k last year and have been trying to keep up with running since then. Not an expert but I do know that I've had days were I felt great and ran for 30+ minutes straight and then 2 days later I couldn't make it to 15 minutes without walking. You deserve a do-over! Keep at it!

Pants victories are awesome! And bonus, it's like new clothes!
-
Don't hate me because I'm beautiful.
-
I'm on round 2 also. I did better this time and I'm prone to lazyness & eating quick junk- you should do well too. Good luck!

-
Did you do it with the guy in the creepy hillbilly van with the "I pooped!" bumper sticker I drove past this morning? Random coincidence?
-
In my head this came out as a Princess Bride quote: "You keep saying that. I do not think it means what you think it means." Inconceivable!

I understand it may seem like she's whining about a petty issue and yes, it's great that she has a job and is getting appreciated... but, sometimes it can be a big deal when people say crap about what you eat. My (female) co-worker and I get it all the time from our own field staff and from vendors we deal with. Comments…

I got you. VPLs bug me too. I wear VS Pink cotton low rise thongs most everyday including working out. But if it's a hot/muggy day and I'm headed outside for a run, I'll wear lighter-weight stretchy type ones. VS has some, even Target.

No popcorn yet, but someone did mention having a sammich.

Wait, so I won't get an "A" for doing those special "extra credit" squats like that guy I met on the internet said?
