Hows your weight loss going? you could always try protein shakes to boost your calorie intake maybe? If you feel fine and are having your daily intake amount of good fats, and vitamins and protein I cant see this being a problem how many calories on an adverage day do you have? x

Ashme Im in the same boat as you, check out my profile started this about a year ago and keep leaving lol Im more determined than ever now to loose weight just started getting stretch marks and ive never had them before (not that i could see) so thats my kick in the butt!!

to be honest id kill for a tummy as flat as urs! suppose its only you that knows when your happy with what you have Have you tried joining a gym? mine has trainers and you can ask them what type of core excersises will help and they should show you I have been told to do ab blast classes which is 15 minutes of core…

Im in too 185lbs and im 5ft 5 at 23 nearly 24. people say i dont look it but i hide my weight rather well No more hiding i would love to be down at 140kgs need all the motivation and support i can get so feel free to add me Im great at giving it as well haha xx

I cooked this sunday and brought it to work today went down a real treat and was absolutely lovely!! thanks for sharing 20slices are small portions but it tastes very chocolately so has a great kick still!!

I make Chilli, tomato and pepper soup 100 odd kcals per portion and its lovely!! Its a tin of toms 2 red peppers 1 yellow pepper 2 chilli's garlic clove tub of passata and a pint of veg stock

I know grapes are sugary but a small bowl of grapes and strawberries on my desk fill me until my next meal. A banana or melon is also quite filling. If your going to go over, do it on good foods and it wont matter as much X

I couldnt give it up completely you do realise you can have anything in moderation? Why not invite a friend around and split the booze? Dont forget count your calories!!! haha

I did read online that to boost your metabolism you should eat at regular intervals little and often as well as meals. I started doing this a few weeks ago i eat every two ours which seemed to be working for me. Starting again this week :) X

Hi there im pretty new to this, I find chicken to be tastier if you marinate it over night in a sauce, weather your making your own curry, or faheitas. Long you have calories to use up i like to make discovery or sachet ones but if you google faaitas it will give you a spice mix Put lots of onion and peppers in it to bulk…
