WATP is my favorite!!! However, I hurt my knee about a week ago while doing a boosted 3 mile walk. Any ideas on what I can do to keep using WATP, but not keep hurting my knee?

I found a brand of green tea that I LOVE! It's Carrington. I was using the Lipton infused with mint, which didn't have all the bitterness of other green teas that I've had. In addition to the above recipes I also like to add 1/4 cup to my morning oatmeal and then add pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and stevia. So good and filling!

I take Biotin which supports healthy nails and hair. It's worked for me like nothing else and is relatively cheap too :)

I had one cup of homemade turkey sausage/vegetable/bean gumbo that my 20 yr old son made (sooo good!), Cottage cheese with sugar free strawberry preserves, and an apple. Total calories were only 370 and I am STUFFED!
