I am back on the wagon tomorrow morning. My bf called me this evening and asked me if I want to go with her to California in October. I said oh yeah. So that means I have 4 1/2 months to get at least 30 lbs off. I am going to kick some butt.

OK I am needing some motivation. Since being out of school with my kids I have been not so good on exercising and eating right. HELP ME!!!!!!!! i need to start new and fresh.

I lost 2 lbs this week. I am happy that I lost those 2 lbs that I gained last week. How was everyone's weigh ins? has anyone tried the Fat Smash diet by Dr. Ian Smith? I am going to give it a try starting Monday.

Wow we have alot of new people on this thread. Welcome to all our new comers!!!:bigsmile: :bigsmile: My goal for the month is to lose 10 lbs. I took my kids to the park for 1 hr. this morning. Let me tell you that that was a workout. I was chasing my 18 month old son all over the park.

Wow it is a ghost town around here. Today is a new month and I am starting over with a new mindset. I am out of school for the summer. So I have alot of time to devote myself to my wieght loss. How is everyone doing??????? Have a GREAT day!!!!!!

I would like to join if it is not too late. I have been exercising for the last month and my knees have been killing me. So I am sticking to walking for a while. Day 1: 1 mile (18 minutes)

Well I gained 2 lbs this week.:sad: I couldn't do anything because of my knees. Next week will be different. I am going to exercise through the pain. How was everyone's weight this week? I hope it is better than mine. Way to go Mina on the 4 lbs weight loss. Keep up the hard work!!!!!!!

I am so happy that weekend is over. I ate way too much and the scale shows it. I gained 1.8 lbs. I am back on track today. I already logged my meals for the day. Now when I get home I can exercise.

Well this weekend was not good for me. I ate way too much at the cookouts that I went to. I'll just have to get back on track tomorrow. How was everyone's long weekend?

i am in the group Biggest Loser/Health Attack group. I started with them in april and I already have lost 9 lbs. They are very good at supporting and listening to you. They also will give you the motivation when you need it. I would love for you to join our group.:bigsmile:

Well today I start my walking diet( as i call it). I miss exercising for the way I was at the beginning. I didn't think I would ever say that. But I do. Well I went to the dr. and he said there is nothing wrong with me. So I am going to get a second opinion. I told I was in pain when he was messing with my knee and he said it is ok. I will just stick to my walking. Hopefully I can lose weight with only walking.

Well I have been slacking off on the exercising the last few days. My knees are hurting really bad. i am going to the dr. on Thursday. So hopefully they can tell me what is wrong. I would love to start exercising everyday again.

Well today is not the greatest for me. I have been eating almost everything and I don't know why. I feel sick to my stomach. Tomorrow I am back on track. I do not like this feeling at all.:devil: How is everyone's weekend going so far??????

Well I lost 2 lbs this week. I only had 40 minutes of cardio all week. My knee has been hurting lately. My water intake has been on cue all week. Today I weigh 256.4 and I am only 3 lbs away from goal. Starting Weight May 1: 259.4 May 15: 256.4 Goal Weight may 31: 253.4

Well I wieghed in and I lost 2 more pounds. I know that is good but I would like to lose more. I should stop complaining because at least I am losing weight. My knees still hurt so I will stuck just doing the walking dvd's and strength and sculpt dvd's. How was everyone's weight loss? I can't wait to find out.:laugh:

My last chance workout will consist of taking my daughter roller skating for 2 hours, leslie sansone's dvd's, and ab work. I can't wait to see how everyone weighs in tomorrow.

Jenny- Sorry to hear about your store. hopefully everything will be ok. I am having knee pain. Does anyone have any advice on what to do about it? It hurts when I exercise so all I am doing for the next couple of days will be Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds.
