I had the same issue, I also get 20k+ steps per day, To be fair to Fitbit for me anyway its not very far away with its estimation.

I think it may be genetics, I see guys with the look I'm after naturally who don't even lift. I think I'm destined for the small fine look.

My logs from Jefit. I mean 1.5kg not overly bad the issue is where this weight is going directly onto my stomach.

I did think it was my dodgy measuring but looking back over my records the waist size does seem to tally up with my weight loss. Back when I was 80kg my waist was 94cm. Now the problem is this is not reflecting in my jean size. I have 32" waist in my jeans and still need a belt

My TDEE was around 1800, I was eating anywhere from 2000-2200 and maintained maybe even lost like 1lb per month.

I've not paid attention to be honest as I've been maintaining my weight. Its only now I'm cutting again I decided to pay attention.

Thats what I've done. When the fitbit syncs it updates MFP with the details. So today the 1528 exercise is coming from Fitbit syncing with MFP

Right folks an update. I am finally back to my pre Christmas weight but the worrying thing a the struggle it took to get here. As was mentioned I was eating 1500 cals daily and nothing happened. Yes really, why would I lie? I have been very strict with myself because I fear getting fat again. I don’t think I’ll ever shift that fear.
