The point I am getting though is eating that brownie sets me off on a binge. Take last night. My son's birthday so we had a Domino's. I ate that didn't satisfy me. I was stuck in ben and Jerry's then cookies and then 4/5 bud light. I eat junk until I sicken myself then the binge ends.

Great post. Yep I think its up to me to figure this out for myself as there is no one size fits all with this kind of stuff. I know what isn't working with me at the moment, I am going to try cutting it out altogether, if that falls apart I'll up daily calories and allow for it and see if that works.

Yes its 1500, Its roughly around 400 each for breakfast lunch and dinner, the remainder goes into 2 protein shakes and some greek yoghurt

Sure I do but they are all higher in calories. Take my dinner tomorrow is a chilli that comes to 300 calories. Most of my meals fall between 300-400 calories.

Haha I do that myself but I eat way over what I've allowed for.

If I did that I'd be eating Dominos and McDonalds every night. There isn't much I don't eat bar Seafood as I'm allergic but whether or not I enjoy it is a different story. And anything I do enjoy is unhealthy.

Yes so do I. I think its because all my weight is in the one area and the areas measured have no fat, I even tried calculators that measure wrists biceps etc and they said the same in or around 11-13, its really hard to gain proportion from photos but for example my 10 year old daughter, who is not overweight has bigger…

My weight still hasn't really dropped, still 79.6kg, I was 77.4kg before Xmas, and that with being very strict in what I eat. 1500 cals per day and everything strictly tracked, its like my body is fighting hard. I really don't think it was water weight I gained over Xmas as this point, it was pure fat.

I'm still stuck. 77.4kg before the holidays, 79.6kg on 2nd Jan, I started severely restricting on 2nd to get things moving eating 1500 cals max and basically doing enough steps and exercise to cancel out the cals I'm eating and then on Sunday my weight goes up again 80.4kg. I was agoraphobic and one stage and suffered panic attacks daily. What worked for me was cutting out caffeine totally along with alcohol. There are no real food that help anxiety. There is a brilliant book called Dare by Barry McDonagh that got me over my anxiety issues. Check out the reviews on Amazon

Followed BLS religiously, yes after that f'ed around abit. During that year it wasn;t that I could eat more at the weekend, I factored in a big cheat meal on Sat nights, it probably average out at me eating 18-1900 cals over a week. Never changed the avatar, I was always the goat lol

I've got stuck in a cycle I guess, I binge at weekend so I counteract this by eating very little during the week which then makes me binge at the weekends again.
