I have bought a vibro plate. I try and do exercises on it but need some tips - anyone know where I can find a workout to use on the machine? I do around 20 mins a day so I could be logging this as 100 calories burned!

Thanks for the tips!! I have now made my profile public. I currently weigh 123 pounds ... My BMI says I should be between 91 - 123.5 My BMR says 1219 calories. Looking at my meal plan today I am eating more food than I would do on a normal day - although I suppose the food I would normally eat would be not very good.…

Mine was at 1200 calories!! I am 4ft 11'' and currently 8 stone 6. I should try and get to 8 stone ish. (my BMI says I should be between 6.5 stone and 8 stone. I have put that I want to loose 1 pound a week and thats what it gave me although in my 1st week I didnt reach that ... It was only at the weekend that I went over!…
