How to you work out the calories
If I am using a packet mix eg. Lamb Casserole ... If it says the packet is 104 calories does this include the onion and pepper that the instuctions tell you too add or is that just the packet and you need to add in the additionals into your calories?

Do I need to eat all of my calories
I have trawled through the messages but just need an answer .... MFP says I should eat 1200 calories per day.
