Potatoes are high in carbs and sugar, but they are under 200 calories so perhaps your weight loss is due to your calorie intake......which is probably the case. Congratulations though on your achievement!

I'm 5'9" and 173lb.....I'm currently pushing the limit on a 12, so I've been buying 14s. I must be carrying it all in my bottom half.
