Lol, I hear ya. Control usually isn't an issue. There has been a few nights where 3 or 4 beers have helped. I try to wait until after dinner when my food has settled and an hour or two before I go to sleep. 1 glass seems to relax me enough

I'm not a massage therapist but if you count your heartbeat for ten seconds and multiply by 6 and do this 3 times during the hour or so and take the average to input into a heart rate calorie burned calculator. It's the most scientific and accurate way I know.

I don't know, but if I had to guess maybe you could hook it up to your computer and program your heart rate. It may be set to low.

I have been doing a p90x and also walk/run. It really helps to set a certain time to excersize and plan around that. I've been at it for about two weeks now and the p90x will help prevent the plateau. As far as at the gym workouts I would incorporate a little body toning maybe using a circuit routine. I haven't been counting my excersize calories either. I consider that Bonus weight loss. I dont know if that's correct or not. At least your not alone in the thought.

Thats great! I just started p90x myself. I worked out last week to kenpo, cardio, and core syn. Now I'm on week 1 of the lean plan. Eating healthier and walk/sprint in the afternoons. I got my diet from the p90x suggested meals. I don't eat super healthy but I try. I do think that eating 3 meals and 2 snacks help keep the metabolism going and can help you burn while you excersize. I'm no nutrition expert and I'm just starting this plan. So good luck to all.

Hey, I have been munching on Detour lean muscle bars. The caramel cookie dough. The greatest tasting for a bar. 32 protein and 370 calories. A lot of calories but I eat it for lunch and it fills me up for about 4 hrs. I buy from supplement warehouse .com I bought a box of 12 for $25. Which is 15 cheaper than gnc
