What does it mean when my Polar FT7 says "Limit found" while I'm working out? What limit?? lol! I'm confused. It beeps first and then displays the message.

I don't know, but if I had to guess maybe you could hook it up to your computer and program your heart rate. It may be set to low.

DH gets that message on his FT7 occasionally, he doesn't know what it means either, and sometimes it happens when his HR isn't even very high.

Maybe check the manual or the Polar website?

I have an RS100 so not sure what it means for FT7, but for mine if I have limits turned on it will tell me when I have reached my zone limits to tell me to speed up or slow down.

I would give the manual a read a see what Polar has to say on the subject. If you lost your manual, there are ones online at their website.

Could mean you reached your max HR.
I also have an FT7, and it beeps when I'm really getting into my workout, but I'm usually too slow to see what it says! It will start to go crazy if I get about 178 though

Unfortunately I threw out my manual, so I have no idea what's going on.
