chrisdavey: My healthy version of a poptart. Consists of a homemade quest bar wrapped in a tortilla, crisped in a pan on both sides. Topped with sauce made from cocoa powder and whey. Protein cheesecake from MFP, topped with 100cal thinsation pretzels and a cherry.
