I know 20000% of how you feel because I was in your situation 2 and a half years ago. I know strength train and know that my body needs to be fueled all the time. Now I have worked myself up too 1300 cals. feel free to add me :)

OMG. This is my downfall ! I laughed when I seen this post because I can't help but feel guilty after I sample Costco's food at 20 of their booths set up. Every corner its like damn another diet sabatore aha. I just quick calories the samples.

Costco!! Oberto's BBQ Pork Jerky .I usually bought Jack Links teriyaki beef jerky but not no more! The pork jerky is less salty, more chewy and delicious!

Working out (cardio+weights) and healthy eating is obvious so I cant tell you that. I heard on the Dr.Oz Show that eating meals that are high in protein accompanied with cinnamon helps with belly fat.

My only suggestion would be to cook a healthy dinner for your family to show them that eating healthier foods taste good and are good for you. There are alot of recipe websites out there like foodnetwork, pintrest, goodliving, allrecipes even other peoples blogs.

I 100% agree. The lengths of the workouts don't bother me though. The HIIT workouts are the ones that really give me knee pain. Plus I do need better gym shoes. I also have been doing TF for 3 months and have not noticed my abs yet ...HBU

I finally bought banana extract and made the banana nut quest bars. That batter worked out but it had the fake banana taste. Maybe ill try with mashed bananas instead?

This is not directed at you because I dont know what your goal is but I was watching Doctor Oz the other day and he said that people who are bigger in the middle should have every meal semi low carb,high protein and have cinnamon in it.

I love using it to bulk up my tuna sandwich. I also add, chopped pickle, red onion, red pepper, cucumber then top my sandwich with a pile of spinach, pepper, and strawberries. SOunds weird but the sweetness works.

My first batch was not good either. I used half stevia in water then half sf maple syrup to reduce the carbs and sugar that honey containes. Will not do again because my bars never hardened, they were very sticky,
