Today I bought some banana extract at the bulk barn. When ever I have time I am going to attempt to make the banana nut muffin quest bars. I will measure everything out then post back here once I do the taste test.

I eat infront of people but I really don't like it because I have a fear of food getting stuck to my face then poeple say'' you have.... on your face still'' or if its stuck in my teeth lol Plus I don't know if I eat weird or not.

I love the salmon that they have there, its soo yummy. I usually get the salmon, mixed veggies and then the chop suey and 1 or 2 sushi rolls. I put a napkin on my plate then scoop the mixed veggies onto it so the napkin soaks up some of the high sodium sauce its cooked it. Dont worry your not soaking up the flavour

I was watching this one cooking show and they made vanilla cupcakes with strawberries on top then drizzled with a balsamic compote. After that I darted to my fridge and took a bite out of a juicy strawberry and a swig on balsamic. Didnt taste good, didnt taste bad. Tasted like strawberry balsamic.

I have tried chia pudding and it was nasty, I did not like the texture which is weird because dragon fruit has a similar texture but I love that. But because of the volume it gives and the health properties it contains I add 1/2 a tablespoon to my oatmeal every morning.
