I don't use whey either... I use the spiru-tein simply natural vanilla... and I LOVE it because it is unsweetened and it makes a thicker drink. I have never heard of plantfusion...I will check it out.

Thanks! I am just gonna start playing with it and see what I like! I have the amazing greens grass powder, in chocolate, so I might add that too!

1. Lots of water and try to keep sodium down.... ;) 2. Be active -- even if it's just walking! 3. You must put quality foods into your body... a 500 cal meal of mac and cheese is not the same as a 500 cal meal of baked sweet potato, steamed broccoli and a chicken breast. It's NOT all about staying under your calories!

lol. I hope this was a joke.
-
I am adding you! I log everyday and am always here to chat...

I don't know if it is the same... But i have made this one about 10 times and it has turned out amazing every time.

here is a recipe: http://www.onegoodthingbyjillee.com/2012/08/the-astonishing-cauliflower-pizza-crust-you-have-to-taste-it-to-believe-it.html looks great!

with a lemon squeezed it in! (and a packet of stevia, if you like!) great! and many health benefits.
-
Pickles and hot tea... (not together). Pickles are great when I am craving salt snacks... and hot tea sweetened with stevia when I am craving everything else.
-
Lol. ok... damn rich people getting "more rich" on my ignorance. ;)
-
Some people say that.... so is it all hype? Does it do no good?
-
No problem!

It appears to be the same thing as TRUVIA... which is what I use. I like it...

I would suggest increasing your activity some days (if possible) and staggering your calorie intake.. It keeps your body guessing.
-
I have never thought about this... but now that I have... I think Subway is OUT for me! I recently realized how much sodium is in their crap and have slowed way down on it... BUT now I'm done.
-
After looking at the site... This sweetener is stevia extract. I love stevia and I don't think that it is bad! Having said that, from what I understand, using ANY sweetener increases the likelihood that you will crave sweets.
-
I don't know that they are all bad... I use stevia. I haven't heard anything negative about it. But I have never heard about the one you are talking about. Maybe it's not available around me?

I agree that homemade is best! Bottled dressing has soo much sodium... BUT homemade is not always an option. I too am a hidden valley ranch lover but I have been using the KRAFT Three Cheese Lite Ranch and it is really good! It has that rich ranchy taste with a kick of cheddar. It's really good... Also, the Bolthouse…

That really didn't answer you question.... you can do it either way really. You can enter your activity level with workouts and not add them in later OR you can set your cals without working out and then add them in. It really doesn't matter which way you do it... the end result will be nearly the same.

I have cals at 1300 cuz I am a student some days and work others. I use a fitbit to adjust my calories because on those days that I work..I am walking a lot, so it factors in extra cals to consume those days. If I work out and burn, say 600 cals, 1300-600 would put me at a net of only 700 cals...which is 1300 below my BMR.…

You really should eat back your calories... from what my doctor tells me, it is important not to have more than a 900 cal deficit a day (for healthy weight loss!). Having said this, it all depends on where you have your cal/weight loss goals set. Me for example, I have cals at 1300 cuz I am a student some days and work…

I am a mother and a nontraditional college student as well and I can tell you, If you set your mind to it.... you WILL do it! I procrastinated... I convinced myself I was happy where I was...I have half effort attempts...BUT I am here now and doing it! I have lost 22 lbs in 80 days! It's not a ton but it's 22 lbs less than…

ok, i just go by the presets here for carbs and protein... i will look.at adjusting them. i am typically doing 40 min of moderate intensity cardio on my elliptical as well as 10-15 reps on all the stations on my welder gym...both gym and elliptical are 4 days a week.
-
If you have lost any weight...even 1 lb... the calories that your burn (with the same workout for the same amount of time) with go down as well. This is because as you loose weight and get fit, your body also adjusts and works out more efficiently. You will also notice that as you loose weight your calorie goal will go…

I should add that today was a typical day...the past three days were not as I had a sinus infection and felt like crap.

Hey Kent! Can you take a look at my diary and help me! It seems I have stopped loosing weight... (I have lost 2 lbs in Oct when I was previously loosing 2 lbs a week) I don't know if I am eating too much/not enough or what? Also, I have been told that I am "snacking" too much...What i try to do is have small balanced…

THIS ^^^^ I am a students 3 days and work 3 days... and work out about 4 days a week. (weights and elliptical training) i have my cals set at lightly active then I eat back all work out cals... so I am able to eat about 1800 cals a day... this has been great for me!

amazing and truly inspiring! Best wishes :)

I usually eat a breakfast, noon, supper meal... then I have a 100-200 calorie snack in between (an apple, some almonds, flax pretzels, etc). This seems to work for me because it keeps me from getting hungry between meals. BUT...yesterday, some one was very rude to me in a forum and told me repeatedly that I should not be…
