Sorry but part of NROL has phases of it's workout, Hypertrophy 1&2 built on a 5x5. I am in a deficit and have pretty much stayed at my weight and gained both strength and muscle size while under a 400-600cal deficit a day.

I like left over days. My body just freaks out. It doesn't know if it's Tuesday or Thursday. Really bumps up my metabolic rate with it's furious rampage back and forth trying to figure out as to what day it is.
