Hi,
I just wanted to say this app really works - but only with exercise and if you cut out the booze out too you will be on the road to success.
I am now bang on average weight for a man of my height - 5' 11" but six months ago I was three-and-a-half stones overweight.
If anyone wants any tips please let me know.
I've noticed a lot of people asking questions but it really is simple - count the calories, exercise three times a week (running for half an hour is ideal) and stop drinking alcohol!

I agree that the app does work. The great thing is that it works using many different methods. As long as you meet your goals appropriately, you will achieve success. You don't have to make any rules you don't want to or can't follow.0

That's solid advice but I do love my wine so I cut back on the caloric intake so I can partake in liquid libations over the weekend...you gotta have a little fun:drinker:

Thanks for all of your kind comments.
As far as alcohol goes, it depends on your body. My body has had enough of it and it goes straight to my belly.
Cutting out the booze has really helped me lose weight.
I hear vodka can be good for a diet but I would definitely avoid wine - which I drank a lot of - and beer!

was thinking that it was time i only really drink wine on weekends but if i cut out completely that may be better0
