  • I plan at least my weekday breakfast, lunch, and snacks ahead of time so I can make sure I have what I need to pack them for work. I don't generally plan dinner unless I am going out and then I hunt the restaurant menu and nutritional info sites to come up with a couple possibilities.

  • I count my iced tea and lemonade towards my water intake. Don't drink coffee and rarely drink sodas. I do try and make sure that at least 1/2 my fluid intake is just plain water.

  • New here but I too plan my snacks. I don't snack in the morning because I am not usually hungry before my early lunch. I do plan on having one in the mid afternoon, fruit and nuts, or a Laughing cow cheese and a few whole wheat crackers. I also plan on one in the evening since that is when I get the munchies.
