It's been months, probably 4-6

I tried that once, and it did work, but it just didn't seem healthy

Somewhat. I just don't know how to increase incrementally without gaining, because I want to eat more
-
I'm gonna need some help, y'all
-
Yes, and I'm 18. Still in high school, but 18.
-
It definitely has! Thanks!

When I first started a year ago, that's what I did, and it was so easy. Now I just feel lost and I need direction in order to continue losing

This happens to me from every single woman over 40. And the last one would probably result in me slapping the person... that's so annoying.

"I was looking through the album and you get the award for most improved... We didn't think you'd make it out of your awkward years."

I found that when I started eating at night more, I had the tendency to eat junk. So I'm not sure if I need to plan better or what.

As in bringing my metabolism up? How does one go about that?
-
Thanks for all your help! I'll definitely take all of this and apply it to my life.

So I'll hone my cooking skills. Thanks

Okay, so I'll just change my perception of the food. Thanks!

Thanks for the help!

I live in Tennessee. There are some people that love healthy eating, but for the most part not so much.
-
Okay, thanks!
-
I like that! Thanks.
-
I've always liked that philosophy, and usually I do that, but when it's somebody like your grandmother offering you a piece of pie, it's hard to say no.
-
Okay. I can do that!
-
Thank you!
-
You're right. I'll start taking charge of my health better. Thanks!
-
Okay! This has been helpful. Thanks!
-
Thanks!
-
What do you do when you can't cook though?
-
I'll try! It'll be challenging.
