I've been at this diet thing for a year. I've recently slipped up (a little) but I've gained like 15 lbs back. What do I need to do to continue losing without starving myself? (I'm supposed to eat 1250 a day)

You can't slip "a little" and gain 15 lbs back...
You can slip a lot and gain 15 lbs back.
Losing without starving? Eat more!0 -
A calorie deficit for weight loss and exercise for fitness. If you are not losing weight, there is a miscalculation somewhere along the line.

As in bringing my metabolism up? How does one go about that?0

Weigh and measure your food. Log every day, consistently. That's how you lose weight.0 -
How awesome!! I have never seen this!0 -

^this!
it's impossible to gain 15lbs and only have slipped "a little" -- first step in losing the weight again -- be honest with yourself. otherwise, it will never happen.
also, get rid of the word diet! in order to keep it off, you have to have an entire lifestyle CHANGE. not a diet that you follow for a few months and then go back to what you were doing before.
my guess, is that was your "slip up"
best of luck to you!0 -
Thanks! The gain was slow, but consistent. I just like desserts too much and deny that I had them in large quantities...0
