Maybe you can't devote one whole hour a day to exercising but maybe you can do small increments. Do you get an hour for lunch? Eat back most of your workout calories and you will begin to lose lbs. Your body is in starvation mode! You have to have consumed at least 1200 net calories a day. Calories consumed - workout calories = net calories.

I bought Bob Harpers Inside Out DVD, it is an awesome strength training workout. There are 2 programs on it, a 20 minute one to build you up to the 60 minute one. All you need is a mat and some hand weights. Only $9 at Wal-Mart!

There is a "Walking, very, very brisk pace" that I use that when I am jogging at a slower rate, it may be a little shy on the calories burned count but better than stating you burned more than you actually did.

Make white chicken chili....great northern beans drained and rinsed, chicken broth, jalepeno's, onions, cumin and red pepper flakes. Very low fat and high protein, not too mention delicious!

I have been most successful by using mfp daily! By tracking everthing you eat it keeps you accountable as well as shows you where you are wasting calories and that you can eat "more" if you are eating nutritious, healthy food.
