It would be impossible to lose 40 lbs of body mass in 4 days. There would have to be a deficit of 140,000 calories to equate to that. One would have to not eat (which would equal around 8,000 calories burnt), then burn 33,000 calories a day. Even with very rigorous exercise constantly for that period, I would guess people…

Hello again =) Yes, I use my inhaler about 30 minutes before exercising. I mostly just have issues with endurance, which I suppose is why I'm doing the C25K. I'll take all of your advice into consideration. I think I'll just continue each week until I feel comfortable. Thank you, everyone.

This was me when I was about 16 and 120 lbs. I'm 5'1", and currently weight 198.6 lbs. I can only hope to get back to this. o.O And me in the same dress not too long before.
