Couch to 5k Calories?
I've been using my iPhone app to track my Couch to 5k process, and it's been telling me that I've been burning 516 calories for each session. However, I plugged the walking and jogging time into Myfitnesspal, and it's told me that I burned around 200 calories. Which is closer to being correct?

Frustrated with Myself
I'm so frustrated with myself. I keep losing 8-10 pounds and then giving up when I plateau for a couple weeks. (I've probably done it 4 times in the last year.) Has anyone else conquered this problem? Obviously, it's a psychological thing. What did you do to defeat your negative attitude?

Exercise Induced Asthma and C25K
Hello friends =) I'm on Week 2 of Couch to 5k, and it's really difficult for me to breathe while running. Last week was bearable, but this week is completely different. Anyways, here is the question. Should I continue to do Week 2 until I can breathe better or continue the program to Week 3?

I'm not sure how many calories to eat?
I started using MyFitnessPal around mid/late March, and MyFitnessPal recommended 1200 calories a day. That's what I've been eating.
