I am 6'1" and just got to goal weight of 162. I feel great but I am getting alot of feedback telling me I am too thin. Stop when you get between 160 &165 and take a look in the mirror. You might be happy with what you see. Good Luck

Good luck with your plan. I have not tried the program and my only advice would be - Don't do too much and end up injured and frustrated.

I am at or a little below goal weight. I have added calories back in but still losing just a little here and there. I am back to 2,000 calories a day and I hate to add more. Thanks

Thanks to all for the advice and suggestions. I think I am going to take a little from everyone and add back slowly and keep one eye on the scale. Thanks again for taking time to post a reply and best of luck in your efforts

Another good wake up app is Sleep Cycle. It monitors your sleep pattern and wakes when you are in the lightest sleep state.

Lots of water and maybe add some raw or roasted no salt almonds to your diet. Don't forget exercise and stretching

I never considered them a healthy item, however, they have been a great breakfast bar that keeps me full until lunch. Ever heard of a homemade recipe that could be created with a healthier mix of ingredients?
