  • Just finished my workout for today. Feel awesome. I order a new short and summer dress and it came in the mail and I tried them on and they fit well but I know I will look better in a couple more weeks. Hopefully the toning part will kick in with insanity and I will start to see some physical results. Lost 4 lbs to far.

  • After 2 weeks I've lost almost 4 lbs and 3 of them was this past week. I have to work extra hard this week because its my birthday on Thursday and were going out to eat. I gotta step up my workout tomorrow morning and push myself.

  • I'm in! I am in week 2 of the Insanity program. So I am following their nutrition program and working out every morning at 5am. Then I try to get in a 40 walk in the evenings.   • I am proud of you and you should be too. You are very inspiring. Take back your life for you and dont give a *hit what anyone thinks when you are out there walking around. You deserve to be healthy too.
  • Most of what you lose that first week will be water weight if you havent been used to drinking that much water. But if you drink 8-10 cups of water on a daily basis then those lbs the first week arent water weight

  • I wouldnt drink that much water before your workout. Because once you start jumping around its going to slosh around in your belly and might even want to come up because there is so much plus you might have to go to the bathroom in the middle of your workout. Just take a few sips before and when needed during your workout.
  • Im on week 2 of Insanity and was discouraged to see that I didnt lose any weight for week one. I am sticking to their nutrition program and it says I should eat 1900 calories. Im going to cut back to 1500 and see if that helps. Plus my endurance isnt there yet to fully complete the workouts. they are Insane! I feel good…
