I did see that and checked out of sick curiosity on another site...14 calories for 2 tablespoons which is average..hahahahaha! Watch that late at night when intake is filled up for the day!!!

Let me simplify for you...when i set up my account my actual calories that I burn if i was laying around doing nothing at all was in the 2,000 calorie mark so MFP set my calorie intake well below this to 1200 calories..leaving me with a 800 calorie deficit. This 800 difference is how i lose weight at all times if i stick…

Yes you should eat your exercise calories back to get yourself back up to at least 1200 for the day. You will still be losing weight even eating those exercise calories back because you are automatically set to a deficit amount by MFP. So don't worry you won't gain!

Coffee..what can I say...I only had 2 liquid addictions in my life one was Diet Dew..that addiction is HISTORY! I no longer touch pop, however COFFEE..never will I give up!! I am also Diabetic but my coffee is my only NOT AN OPTION!! lol IT IS THE WIND BENEATH MY WINGS NOW!! hehe
