I wouldn't trade my body for a set of boobs...I'm not a naturally thin person...my body is a reflection of my dedication and hard work and me being flat chested doesn't make me "less hot"....I get compliments ALL the time!!

  • I've found it best to not watch any food shows unless I wanna completely blow my eating plan. But to answer your question, my fast food of choice is Chik Fil A, but the closest one is a half hour away so I haven't had it in probably a year.

  • No they're not! Look at my diary! I eat about 40% of my cals in carbs. Mainly whole grains, natural sugars (although I do eat the fruit on the bottom Chobani lol) and i'm in the best shape of my life! I even have the occasional white roll with my dad's homemade soups. I haven't spontaneously combusted yet!

  • Healthy n Fit egg white protein powder is what I use (I'm allergic to whey and casein proteins) I get it from Netrition.com but they also sell it at the Vitamin Shoppe (but it's cheaper at Netrition). All natural, sweetened with stevia and a good amino acid profile.

  • I've cut down on refined sugar, besides my Chobani, but I don't stress about naturally occurring sugar in fruit and other foods. I'm not diabetic.
