What can I add on?

Today is day 6 of level one 30ds and I noticed yesterday it's no longer leaving me half dead which is amazing!
However what do you recon I could Add on to make it more effective?x

    Heavier weights or you can wear ankle and wrist weights. Definitely would make it more effective :)

    Heavier weights, although you may be outgrowing this program (yay for progress!) and may need to move on to something more challenging once you're done 30DS. The trick is to keep challenging yourself and switch things up every 30 days to avoid a plateau before it happens! I'm always switching programs after they are done and I tend to pick programs that work in 30-day phases to avoid plateaus within programs, such as ChaLEAN Extreme (which I'm currently doing Round 2) and P90X, and when I'm done Cha Ex next month I will be moving on to a completely different program before I tackle either Round 2 of P90X or Round 3 of ChaLEAN Extreme.

    That ensures I will never plateau and my body will always respond to the exercise I'm doing. If you look at my before pic in my collage, I had plateaued because I continued to do the same programs over and again and I was only doing videos versus doing complete body conditioning programs like I'm doing now.
