My body tells me when I need a rest day and I feel super lazy too when I don't work out. On rest days, I take my dogs for a walk or I walk around my neighborhood or do some light stretching in the living room. Sometimes even cleaning house makes for a good rest day activity :-)

Thank you!! My starting weight was 137, I am going to be 23 weeks on Saturday and as of the last time i weighed my self (earlier this week) I was 150 pounds. I was very active before I got pregnant, training for a marathon and weight lifting. My dr said if I was doing it before, I could continue to do it. I don't do any…
