Everyday I want to throw in the proverbial towel but the only place that is gonna get Me is back to where I started or even heavier. I have only lost a little under 2 lbs in the last 3 months and have been very frustrated but I refuse to quit

I have a dozen in my fridge only difference is I wrap turkey bacon around the edges YUM

I make bacon egg and veggie cupcakes cook once and eat for a few days : eggs or egg whites if you so wish and any veggies you like precook turkey bacon til half done put turkey bacon in a cupcake pan around the edges pour mixed up eggs and veggies into pan bake til fluffy not brown, put in ziplock baggie once cool. Pop out…

My scale seriously annoyed Me I ended up throwing it out the back door into the driveway and shattered it to bits ! Few weeks later went out and bought a new one and warned it what happened to the last one.
