When my 10 year old was losing weight without a medical reason my pediatrician suggested carnation instant breakfast it comes in many flavors and my daughter thought it was yummy, we did that for a few months when she was involved with sports

At the start of my weight loss I bought all kinds of things - food scale, dvd workout videos, work out clothes... and sneakers

I have been putting all the change I used to spend in vending machines in jars. I now have 5 jars filled. So something big maybe a vacation and all new clothes
