Halfway progress pics :)

So I still have a way to go but needed a bit of motivation after just getting back from holidaying, so compared these two pics. The first pic is actually after already losing 12kgs, but there is 14kgs difference between these 2 pics, with another 14ish kg to go :-)

I started making changes around August last year then got more serious about it in October. I am only 157cm and eating around 1500 cals a day. I also workout 6 days a week but that isn't for weight loss, more for health/fitness and I actually enjoy it now

Great job! I loved your comment about enjoying exercise now. Years ago when I started to lose weight I could not imagine exercising and now I can't imagine my life without exercise Just keep moving towards your goal. It took me about 4 years to lose all my weight but I've kept it all off for several years now so slow and steady works!0

Thanks everyone for the encouragement. I must admit while I was away at the beach I became a little down, feeling I haven't made much improvement and thinking I'd be closer to my goal by now. Just need to focus on the smaller goals rather than buying a bikini just yet hehe0
