i am now able to fit into 34 inch jeans, and they are loose on me too. i havent been able to do this since middle school, 21 now. even large shirts are a bit too big for what i like. and i hate tight shirts too. this last week has been AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! finally got below 20% BF and under 190lb makin great progress and will be keeping it up for good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

electrical impedance scale, i dont have calipers or any other way to check it im really wishing i could see numbers close to 15!keep it up. You are way lower than 20%
