I hate not being able to wear the clothes I want to wear because they aren't flattering on my body... I hate not being desirable as a girlfriend.. I hate how my body jiggles during everything >_< I also hate being the friend that no one really looks at because all my best friends are tiny, modelesque girls.

I think it works out fine as long as both partners are at a mutual understanding. One of my good friends and I were FWB over the summer. Didnt change one aspect of our friendship.

I was simply asking for advice...not the smartass picture to go along with it, since this is my first try at losing weight HEALTHILY so I dont know what to do. Not everyone knows everything...haha. We all have to learn.

The shakes are usually before work/appointments and to get myself used to eating/drinking something for breakfast, and then im going to eat. :)

Is about 1800 good or should I lower it? I'm just scared I'm going to gain even more upping my calories...

I just started really logging again two weeks ago, and I do log everything I eat, so..I dont know what to do. I hear not to eat when im not hungry, eat every 3 hours, and a bunch of other stuff...I dont know what to do D:

I am just used to the instant results of the..rather unhealthy eating habits I have grown accustomed to, and didnt realize how much effort goes into losing weight the healthy way. Part of me wants to blame thyroid issues and the birth control...but that might just make things more difficult, but it'll happen eventually.…

I know it's not healthy..hence why I haven't done it since...but I havent been able to lose weight since without some serious calorie deficit. :/

I'm only 5'1 and a half, so my BMR is only like 1588....so 1200 sounded about right for me o.o

I do cardio 3 days a week, and strength 3-4 as well. Some days I do both. I go by the machine which probably isnt the most accurate, but I'm not eating that much....the only time I have ever lost weight was eating 500 calories a day and working out 2 hours a day 4 times a week..and i gained that back. PLus, I'm on a birth…

i brought some doughnuts home from work because I was craving them (even though i pretty much despise them)...I was going to come downstairs and eat one but...I did M100's and drank some water, and the craving is gone! It;s just getting the motivation to start the workout and not just eat. >_<

This reminds me of one of my friends. SHe lost a significant amount of weight after she had lapband surgery... She would always ask me how much I lost and be like, oh, I lost so much, or shed say how "she doesnt get how I can eat so much food" because her tummy is so small now she can barely manage a full meal...
